Blue Bean Tree or Dead Man’s Fingers (Decaisnea fargesii ) is an unusual, multi-limbed, small tree. Beautiful blue/yellow bell-shaped flowers form into blue fingers around Halloween. Strangely beautiful! The fruits are edible, with the pulp tasting like watermelon. However, there are a lot of tiny seeds that get in the way. Worth it just to grow the crazy looking fruits and beautiful flowers.
